摘要
玻璃窑炉梯度保温技术在现场实施过程中或实施后不久,窑炉保温层经常出现变色问题,极大影响窑炉梯度保温工程的整体形象。从窑体胀缝、保温材料、配制胶水用水、观火口逸出烟气等多方面对保温层表面变色问题进行简析,并结合实际针对性地提出应对策略,改进后取得良好效果。
During or shortly after the on-site implementation of gradient insulation technology in glass furnace,discoloration of the insulation layer often occurs,which greatly affects the overall image of furnace gradient insulation project.This article briefly analyzes the discoloration problem on the surface of the insulation layer from various aspects such as the expansion joints of the glass furnace body,insulation materials,water used for preparing glue,and smoke escaping from the observation port.Based on practical situations,targeted countermeasures are proposed,and good results are achieved after improvement.
