摘要
滑子菇作为药食两用的食用菌,目前已在我国大面积种植。滑子菇多糖是一种天然大分子物质,具有多种生物活性作用,如免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒以及抗氧化等。所以优化滑子菇多糖的提取工艺,并研究其生物活性对滑子菇多糖的综合开发具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文总结了近些年滑子菇多糖的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性,为进一步研究滑子菇多糖的提取工艺及抗氧化活性的开发应用提供参考。
As an indispensable edible mushroom for both medicine and food Pholiota nameko has been cultivated in a large area in China.As a natural macromolecular substance,P.nameko polysaccharide has a variety of biological activities,such as immunomodulatory effect,antitumor effect,antiviral effect and antioxidant effect.It can be seen that optimizing the extraction process of polysaccharide and studying their biological activities have important theoretical value and practical significance for the comprehensive development and utilization of polysaccharide.This paper summarized the extraction process and antioxidant activity of P.nameko polysaccharides in recent years.And the paper provided references for further research on the extraction process and antioxidant activity of P.nameko polysaccharides.
