天宝山山楂是山东省平邑县特产,于2010年被确认为国家农产品地理标志产品,本文阐述了天宝山山楂的地理标志特征,包括生产地域、产地环境、生产栽培历史及产品品质,并从产地选择、品种选择、生产管理要点和果实采收等方面总结了天宝山山楂的生产技术,旨在维护天宝山山楂的品牌,提高天宝山山楂的市场竞争力。

Tianbaoshan hawthorn is a specialty of Pingyi county,Shandong province,which was confirmed as a national geographic indication product of agricultural products in 2010.In order to expand and strengthen the hawthorn industry of Tianbaoshan,it can produce greater benefits in rural revitalization.This paper described the geographical characteristics of hawthorn in Tianbaoshan,including specific production region,unique environment of origin,rich cultural history and unique product quality,and summarized the unique production mode of hawthorn in Tianbaoshan from the aspects of origin selection,variety selection,production management process,fruit collection,grading,packaging,transportation and storage,aiming in maintaining the brand of Hawthorn in Tianbaoshan and improving its market competitiveness.
