摘要
部分大学生存在学习困难、学习动机缺失问题,主要表现为学习态度不端正、学习目标不明确、学习兴趣缺失。从学生自身、学校以及学生家庭三方面分析原因,提出大学生学习动机的重建策略:(一)及时开展新生入学教育,宣传优秀典型;(二)重视心理育人作用,及时干预心理危机学生;(三)任课教师、学业导师、班主任、辅导员协同育人;(四)开展理想信念教育、感恩教育。
Some college students have learning difficulties and lack learning motivation,which are manifested mainly in an incorrect learning attitude,an unclear learning goal and a lack of interest in learning.This paper analyzes the corresponding reasons from three aspects,namely students,schools and students’families,and proposes the following strategy to rebuild their learning motivation:(1)timely enrollment education for freshmen and publicizing outstanding models;(2)emphasizing the role of psychological education and intervening with students in psychological crisis in time;(3)collaboration in educating students among teachers,academic advisors,class teachers and counselors;(4)implementation of education of ideals,beliefs and gratitude.
