摘要
目的:分析职业自我效能在本科护生人文关怀能力与职业认同之间的中介作用,为教育者提高本科护生的职业认同水平提供依据。方法:通过便利抽样法,选取河南科技大学护理学院570名护理本科生为研究对象,通过一般资料问卷、职业自我效能量表、人文关怀量表及职业认同量表进行调查。结果:本科护生职业自我效能得分为(92.74±14.14)分,人文关怀能力得分为(168.53±21.52)分,职业认同得分为(60.41±10.87)分,职业自我效能在人文关怀能力与职业认同间的中介效应值为0.166,占总效应的81.8%。结论:本科护生的职业自我效能在人文关怀能力及职业认同间有部分中介效应,管理者可通过人文关怀能力的培养,增强职业自我效能感,提升其职业认同水平。
Objective:To analyze the mediating efeet of professional self-efcacy between humanistic care ability and pro-fessional identity in undergraduate nursing students,and to provide evidence for educalors to improve the level of profes-sional identity among undergraduale nursing students.Methods:A total of 570 nusing undergnduates were included by convenience sampling method,and general data questionnaire,professional sel-efficacy scale,humanistie care scale and professional identity scale were used in the investigation.Results:The score of professional self-efficacey of undergraduate nursing students was 92.74±14.14,the score of humanistic care ability was 168.53±21.52,and the score of professional i-dentity was 60.41±10.87.The mediating effct value of professional self-efficacy between humanistic care ability and pro-fessional identity was 0.166.It accounted for 81.8%of the total fleet.Conclusion:The professional self-efcacy of un-dergraduate nusing students has a partial mediating elect between humanistic care ability and professional identity.Man-agers can enhance professional sel-fficacy by cultivating humanistic care ability,so as to improve professional identity among undergnaduate nursing students.
