摘要
目的:调查护士主观幸福感与焦虑及性格特征的现状并探讨三者之间的关系。方法:采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、DISC性格测试问卷对天津市某三级甲等医院的护士进行调查。结果:544名护士主观幸福感得分为(63.12±14.52)分,焦虑得分为(45.50±9.90)分,其中支配型人格占34.6%,影响型人格占24.4%,稳健型人格占22.1%,服从型人格占18.9%。不同性格的护士主观幸福感和焦虑比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。焦虑是护士性格与主观幸福感之间的中介变量。结论:焦虑在护士性格与主观幸福感之间具有中介作用,护理管理者应注重培养护士良好的性格特质,降低护士焦虑水平,进而提升护士主观幸福感。
Objective:To investigate the status of subjective well-being,anxiely and personality chanacteristics,and to ex-plore the relationship between the three variables in nurses.Methods:A total of 544 nuses from a Class A tertiary hospi-tals were investigated by DISC personality inventory,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and general well-being schedul(GWB).Results:The subjective well-being score of nurses was 63.12+14.52,and the anxiely score was 45.50+9.90.Among them,dominant personality accounted for 34.6%,influential personality accounted for 24.4%,stable personality accounted for 22.19%,and obedient personality accounted for 18.9%.There were statistically significant differences in subjective well-being and anxiety among nurses with diferent personalities(P<0.05).Anxiety was a mediaing variable between personality and subjective well-being in nurses.Conclusion:Anxiety has mediating effect between personality characteristics and subjective well-being in nurses.Nusing managers should focus on culivating good personality traits,reducing nurses anxiety levels,and enhancing nurses'subjective well-being.
