绿色金融对经济增长的影响——基于科技创新的中介效应

Impact of Green Finance on Economic Growth-Based on the Mediating Effect of Scientific and Technological Innovation

我国经济快速发展所引发的生态问题亟待解决,而党的二十大报告提出“加快发展方式绿色转型”,因此,发展绿色金融对推动经济行稳致远至关重要。本文以我国2008—2020年31个省(市、区)为样本,从绿色信贷、绿色保险、绿色证券、绿色投资四个维度构建指标体系分析我国绿色金融的发展现状,检验科技创新投入的中介效应及绿色金融的空间溢出效应。研究表明,我国绿色金融发展势头强劲但地区不均衡,绿色金融对经济增长促进作用明显,而中介效应检验发现,科技创新投入在其间具有带动发展的作用。此外,绿色金融具有显著的空间溢出效应。

The rapid development of China’s economy has caused various ecological problems,what need to be solved urgently.The report of the 20th Party Congress stated that“accelerating the transition to a model of green development”.Therefore,the development of green finance was crucial to achieve long-term economic growth.The paper firstly selected 31 provinces(municipalities and districts)in China from 2008 to 2020 as samples,and then analyzed the development status of green finance in China based on the indicator system constructed from 4 angles of green credit,green insurance,green securities and green investment.Furthermore,the paper also tested the mediating effect of scientific and technological innovation investment and the spatial spillover effect of green finance.The results showed that,green finance in China has been going strong,while the development was uneven among regions.Meanwhile,green finance had an obviously promoting effect on economic growth.The test of the mediating effect found that,scientific and technological innovation investment played a driving role in this relationship.Besides,green finance had a significant spatial spillover effect.
