补中益气汤联合磁刺激对轻度子宫脱垂患者中医证候积分、POP-Q分度及盆底肌电值影响

Effects of Buzhong yiqi decoction combined with magnetic stimulation for treating patients with mild uterine prolapse on their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, pelvic organ prolapses score, and pelvic floor electromyography value

目的:观察补中益气汤联合磁刺激治疗轻度子宫脱垂(UP)的疗效及中医证候积分、盆腔脏器脱垂定量(POP-Q)分度、盆底肌电值变化。方法:随机数表法将本院2021年6月-2022年10月就诊的114例轻度UP患者分为联合组57例与磁刺激组57例,分别接受补中益气汤联合磁刺激或单独磁刺激治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、盆腔脏器脱垂定量(POP-Q)分度、盆底肌电值与基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)相关指标。结果:治疗后联合组治疗总有效率(94.7%)高于磁刺激组(79.0%),中医证候总积分(2.30±0.56分)低于磁刺激组(4.05±1.27分),两组血清MMP-1、MMP-2水平均下降,I类、II类肌纤维最大肌电值与TIMP-2水平均上升,且联合组上述指标均优于磁刺激组,联合组POP-Q分度优于磁刺激组(均P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合磁刺激治疗轻度UP疗效提高,能更好地改善患者临床症状及POP-Q分度,恢复盆底肌电值,可能与调控血清MMP-1、MMP-2、TIMP-2水平有关。

Objective:To observe the eficacy of Buzhong yiqi decoction combined with magnetic stimulation for treating patients with mild uterine prolapse(UP),and to study the changes of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syn-drome score,the pelvic organ prolapses(POP Q)score,and the pelvic floor electromyography(EMG)value.Meth-ods:114 patients with mild UP were divided into two groups(57 cases in each group)by the random number table method from June 2021 to October 2022.The patients in the study group were treated with Buzhong yiqi decoction combined with magnetic stimulation,and patients in the control group were treated with magnetic stimulation alone.The eficacy.the TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,the POP-Q score,the pelvic floor EMG value,and the matrix metalloproteinase(MMPs)related indexes of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total efective rate(94.7%)of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that(79.0%)of the patients in the control group.The total TCM syndrome score(2.30±0.56 points)of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that(4.05±1.27 points)of the patients in the control group.The serum MMP-1 and MMP-2 levels of the patients in both groups after treatment had decreased significantly.The maximum.EMG value and TIMP-2 level of type I and II muscle fibers of the patients in both groups after treatment had increased significantly.and which of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those of the patients in the control group.The POP Q score of the patients in the study group after treatment was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong yiqi decoction combined with magnetic stimula-tion for treating the patients with mild UP can increase the efficacy of treatment,and which can improve the clinical symptoms and POPQ score,and can improve the pelvic floor EMG value recovery,and which may be related to the regulation of serum MMP-1,MMP-2,and TIMP-2 levels of the patients.
