摘要
目的建立口炎清颗粒中麦冬掺伪的检查方法。方法采用Welch UHPLC Ultimate LP-C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸;流速:0.2 mL/min;进样体积:3μL;采用多反应检测(MRM)模式,运用高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术。结果68批次口炎清颗粒中59批次检出山麦冬(湖北麦冬)特征性成分山麦冬皂苷B,未检出短葶山麦冬皂苷C。结论口炎清颗粒中存在麦冬和山麦冬(湖北麦冬)混用情况。
Objective To establish a method for the detection of ophiopogonis radix adulteration in kouyanqing granules.Methods Welch UHPLC Ultimate LP-C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)was used;mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid solution;flow rate:0.2 mL/min;sample volume:3μL;multiple reaction detection(MRM)mode was adopted and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used.Results The characteristic component of liriopeside B was detected in 59 batches of 68 batches of kouyanqing granules,and liriope muscari baily saponins C was not detected.Conclusion The mixed use of ophiopogonis radix with liriopes radix exists in kouyanqing granules.
