喹硫平联合阿戈美拉汀对精神分裂症患者认知功能及社会功能的影响

Effects of Quetiapine Combined with Agomelatine on Cognitive and Social Function in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的观察喹硫平联合阿戈美拉汀对精神分裂症患者认知功能及社会功能的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2022年6月江西省荣军优抚医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者,通过随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40),对照组采用喹硫平治疗,观察组采用喹硫平联合阿戈美拉汀治疗,治疗8周。于治疗前、后,比较两组症状程度[阳性及阴性综合征量表(PANSS)],认知功能[简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)],社会功能[社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)],不良反应发生率。结果治疗8周,两组PANSS评分、SDSS评分显著下降,且观察组低于对照组;两组MMSE评分升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喹硫平联合阿戈美拉汀治疗精神分裂症患者,能够减轻患者症状,提高认知功能、社会功能,且安全性好。

Objective To observe the effects of quetiapine combined with agomelatine on cognitive and social function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 schizophrenia patients admitted to Jiangxi Province Rongjun Special Care Hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method:control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group received quetiapine treatment,and the observation group received quetiapine combined with agomelatine treatment,all treat for 8 weeks.Symptom severity[positive and negative syndrome scales(PANSS]),cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE)]and social function[social disability screening schedule,SDSS]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,PANSS score and SDSS score of two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than the control group.MMSE scores of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Quetiapine combined with agomelatine in the treatment of schizophrenia patients can alleviate symptoms and improve cognitive and social functions,with good safety.
