康复新液湿敷配合苦参汤坐浴对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的影响

Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Wet Compress Combined with Kushen Decoction Sitting Bath on Wound Healing after Perianal Abscess Surgery

目的探讨康复新液湿敷配合苦参汤坐浴对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将新余市中医院2019年1月至2022年7月收治的90例肛周脓肿术后患者分为两组,每组各45例。两组均行一次性肛周脓肿根治术,对照组术后予以康复新液湿敷治疗,观察组加用苦参汤坐浴治疗。比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合情况、炎症因子水平、创面干燥时间、创面愈合时间。结果治疗后,与对照组比,观察组临床总有效率较高,创面疼痛、肉芽生长、创面分泌评分及创面大小均较低,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平较低,创面干燥和愈合时间较短(P<0.05)。结论肛周脓肿术后患者应用康复新液湿敷配合苦参汤坐浴治疗可减轻炎症反应,促进创面愈合,有助于缩短患者康复进程,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of kangfuxin liquid wet compress combined with kushen decoction sitting bath on wound healing after perianal abscess surgery.Methods 90 patients with perianal abscess admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to July 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with kangfuxin liquid wet compress after operation,and the observation group was treated with kushen decoction sitting bath on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,wound healing,inflammatory factor levels,wound drying time and wound healing time of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher,the wound pain,granulation growth,wound secretion score and wound size were lower,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower,the wound dryness and healing time were shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of kangfuxin liquid wet compress combined with kushen decoction sitting bath can reduce inflammatory reaction,promote wound healing,and help shorten the rehabilitation process of patients,which has high application value.
