Construction of A Comprehensive Narcotic Drugs Management System for Operating Rooms

目的构建贯穿手术室麻醉药品管理全流程、全环节的管理体系,提高工作效率与准确性,减少人员工作负荷和成本。方法以智能麻精柜和信息化系统为基础,制定手术室麻醉药品管理规范、培训手册及标准化操作流程,融合麻醉药品视频监控系统,编制各类麻醉药品使用结构化分析报表,建立全程化手术室麻醉药品管理体系。结果麻醉药品实物管理、残余液管理、账册登记等更为规范,处方合格率明显提高,麻醉药品专册登记用时大幅减少。结论全程化手术室麻醉药品管理体系可提高手术室麻醉药品管理与应用水平,使麻醉药品管理更具有科学性和实操性。

Objective Build a management system that runs through the entire process and link of narcotic drugs management in the operating room,improve work efficiency and accuracy,and reduce personnel workload and costs.Methods On the basis of the intelligent narcotic cabinet and information system,the management specifications,training manuals and standardized operation procedures of narcotic drugs in the operating room were formulated,the video monitoring system of narcotic drugs was integrated,the structured analysis report on the use of various narcotic drugs was prepared,and the whole process management system of narcotic drugs in the operating room was established.Results The physical management of narcotic drugs,residual liquid management,and account book registration have become more standardized,with a significant increase in prescription qualification rate and a significant reduction in the time required for specialized registration of narcotic drugs.Conclusion The comprehensive narcotic drugs management system in the operating room can improve the level of narcotic drugs management and application,making narcotic drugs management more scientific and practical.
