艾司奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的溃疡愈合质量及血清学指标观察

Observation of Esomeprazole on Ulcer Healing Quality and Serological Indexes in Patients with Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨胃溃疡患者以艾司奥美拉唑进行治疗对消化功能以及胃黏膜组织的影响。方法78例研究对象均选自抚州市直属门诊部及抚州市第一人民医院2020年9月至2022年9月收治的胃溃疡患者,随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组使用西咪替丁胶囊,观察组则使用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶胶囊,两组患者均持续治疗1个月,并随访1个月。比较两组治疗时间,消化功能,胃黏膜组织学评分以及血清白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果观察组治疗有效时间与治愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃动力障碍、吸收功能障碍得分均低于对照组;肠鸣音次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者炎性细胞浸润程度、炎症活动度、胃黏膜厚度评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清IL-2水平升高,且观察组高于对照组;血清IL-6、CRP水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡能够有效缩短治疗时间,恢复消化功能,改善炎症反应的同时能够促进胃黏膜组织异常现象的恢复,能够有效提高溃疡愈合质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of esomeprazole on digestive function and gastric mucosa in patients with gastric ulcer.Methods 78 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Outpatient Department Directly under Fuzhou from September 2020 to September 2022 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given cimetidine capsules,the observation group was given esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated capsules.Both groups were treated for 1 month and followed up for 1 month.Treatment duration,digestive function,gastric mucosa histological scores and serum levels of interleukin(IL)-2,IL-6 and C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective time and cure time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of gastric motility and absorption dysfunction in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the frequency of bowel sounds was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,inflammatory cell infiltration,inflammatory activity and gastric mucosa thickness scores in two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum IL-2 level of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.Serum IL-6 and CRP levels decreased,and the observation group was lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole treatment can effectively shorten the treatment time,restore digestive function,improve inflammatory response,and promote the recovery of gastric mucosal tissue abnormalities,effectively improve the quality of ulcer healing.
