丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果

Effect of Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate on Chronic Hepatitis B

目的探究丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果及对肝功能的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2022年11月上饶市人民医院收治的78例慢性乙型肝炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=39)、观察组(n=39)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上接受丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗效果;于治疗前、后,比较两组肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、白蛋白(ALB)];比较两组不良反应发生率。结果与对照组比,观察组有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ALT、AST、TBIL水平下降,ALB水平升高,且观察组变化更明显(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎能够提高疗效,改善患者肝功能,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the effects of ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate on chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and liver function.Methods A total of 78 patients with CHB admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from May 2020 to November 2022 were selected,and divided into two groups according to random number table method:control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received the ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate treatment on the basis of the control group,all treated for 1 month.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared;liver function indexes(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment;the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the effective rate of observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL were decreased and the levels of ALB were increased in both groups,and the changes were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate treatment of CHB can improve the efficacy and liver function of patients with less adverse reactions.
