硝苯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nifedipine and Valsartan in Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨硝苯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月滕州市滨湖镇卫生院收治的高血压患者1 260例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各630例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予硝苯地平治疗。比较两组血压水平、同型半胱氨酸水平、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组同型半胱氨酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组同型半胱氨酸水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的效果显著,可降低患者血压及同型半胱氨酸水平,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nifedipine and valsartan in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:A total of 1 260 patients with hypertension treated in Binhu Town Health Center of Tengzhou City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 630 patients in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan and the observation group was treated with nifedipine on the basis of control group.The blood pressure levels,homocysteine level,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in homocysteine levels between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the homocysteine level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with valsartan has a significant effect in the treatment of hypertension,and can reduce blood pressure and homocysteine levels of patients,and does not increase adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
