中医穴位疗法联合阿瑞匹坦三联疗法对高致吐化疗方案所致胃肠道不良反应的治疗效果

Treatment Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Therapy Combined with Aprepitant Triple Therapy on Gastrointestinal Adverse Reactions Caused by Highly Emetogenic Chemotherapy Regimen

目的:探讨中医穴位疗法联合阿瑞匹坦三联疗法对高致吐化疗方案所致胃肠道不良反应的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年3月在临沂市肿瘤医院肿瘤中心接受高致吐化疗方案的患者200例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组,各100例。对照组给予阿瑞匹坦三联疗法止吐,试验组在对照组基础上给予中医穴位治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组化疗后24 h和第4天的恶心呕吐程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组中医症状评分低于对照组,营养状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医穴位疗法联合阿瑞匹坦三联疗法对高致吐化疗方案所致胃肠道不良反应的治疗效果显著,可改善患者恶心呕吐程度及营养状态。

Objective:To study the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) acupoint therapy combined with aprepitant triple therapy on gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by highly emetogenic chemotherapy regimen.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,200 patients who received highly emetogenic chemotherapy regimen in Linyi Cancer Hospital Cancer Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method with 100 cases each.The control group was given aprepitant triple therapy to stop vomiting,and the experimental group was given TCM acupoint therapy on the basis of control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The degree of nausea and vomiting at 24 h and day 4 after chemotherapy in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the nutritional status score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupoint therapy combined with aprepitant triple therapy has a significant treatment effect for gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by highly emetogenic chemotherapy regimen,it can improve the degree of nausea and vomiting and nutritional status.
