B超诊断早期妊娠囊异常的价值分析

Value Analysis of B-ultrasound in Diagnosing Early Gestational Sac Abnormalities

目的:分析B超诊断早期妊娠囊异常的价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年7月长沙市第四医院收治的疑似早期妊娠囊异常患者80例作为研究对象,所有患者均进行B超检查及病理检查。观察B超诊断结果及特征;以病理检查作为诊断的“金标准”,分析B超诊断早期妊娠囊异常的准确度、灵敏度及特异度。结果:80例患者中,经B超诊断为早期妊娠囊异常50例,其中妊娠囊轻度变形12例,妊娠囊边缘见少量液性暗区20例,妊娠囊位置低下5例,妊娠囊发育大小明显小于正常范围5例,未见胎心搏动5例,存在盆腔液性暗区3例。B超对早期妊娠囊异常的诊断准确度为93.75%(75/80),灵敏度为98.00%(49/50),特异度为86.67%(26/30)。B超对早期妊娠囊异常的检出率与病理诊断比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.620 4)。结论:B超诊断早期妊娠囊异常的准确度、灵敏度、特异度均较高,可用于疑似早期妊娠囊异常患者的诊断。

Objective:To analyze the value of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of early gestational sac abnormalities.Methods:Eighty patients with suspected early gestational sac abnormalities admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as study subjects.All patients underwent B-ultrasound examination and pathological examination.The diagnostic results and characteristics of B-ultrasound were observed;The pathological examination was used as the "gold standard" for diagnosis,and the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of B-ultrasound in diagnosing early gestational cyst abnormalities were analyzed.Results:Among the 80 patients,50 cases were diagnosed with early gestational sac abnormalities by B-ultrasound,including 12 cases with mild deformation of gestational sac,20 cases with a small amount of fluid sonolucent area at the edge of gestational sac,5 cases with low gestational sac position,5 cases with gestational sac development size significantly smaller than the normal range,5 cases with no fetal heart beat,and 3 cases with pelvic fluid sonolucent area.The diagnostic accuracy of B-ultrasound for early gestational cyst abnormalities was 93.75%(75/80),the sensitivity was 98.00%(49/50),and the specificity was 86.67%(26/30).There was no significant difference in detection rate of early gestational cyst abnormalities between B-ultrasound and pathological diagnosis(P=0.620 4).Conclusion:B-ultrasound has a high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of early gestational cyst abnormalities,which can be used for the diagnosis of patients with suspected early gestational cyst abnormalities.
