心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma

目的:探讨心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年2月广州市第一人民医院收治的急性闭角型青光眼患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理。比较两组负面情绪、遵医行为及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组定期复查、饮食控制、自我检测、坚持用药评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组定期复查、饮食控制、自我检测、坚持用药评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者负面情绪,提升其遵医行为及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:From January 2020 to February 2022,a total of 82 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma admitted to Guangzhou First People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and the observation group implemented psychological nursing on the basis of control group.The negative emotions,medical compliance behavior,and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of regular review,diet control,self-testing,and adherence to medication between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of regular review,diet control,self-testing,and adherence to medication in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:The application effect of psychological nursing in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma is significant,which can ameliorate patients' negative emotions,improve their medical compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.
