基于PDCA循环的饮食护理在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of PDCA Cycle-Based Dietary Nursing in Children with Henoch-Sch?nlein Purpura

目的:探讨基于PDCA循环的饮食护理在过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月绵阳市中心医院收治的100例HSP患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于PDCA循环的饮食护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组血红蛋白和清蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组血红蛋白和清蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组腹痛、关节肿痛、皮肤瘀斑、蛋白尿消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:基于PDCA循环的饮食护理在HSP患儿中的应用效果显著,可提高患儿血红蛋白和清蛋白水平,促进临床症状改善,降低复发率,提高患儿家属的满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle-based dietary nursing in children with Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura(HSP).Methods:From October 2021 to October 2022,100 children with HSP in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given dietary nursing based on the PDCA cycle on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of hemoglobin and albumin between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of hemoglobin and albumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,joint swelling pain,skin ecchymosis and proteinuria in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of dietary nursing based on PDCA cycle on children with HSP is remarkable,which can improve the level of hemoglobin and albumin,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the satisfaction of the children's families.
