Objective:To explore the influence of family doctor team management on blood lipid levels of stroke patients in rural areas. Methods:A total of 242 stroke patients who signed a family doctor service contract in Shanghai Fengxian District Xidu Street Community Health Service Center from October 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 200 stroke patients from rural areas treated in Shanghai Fengxian District Xidu Street Community Health Service Center from October 2017to September 2018 were selected as the control group.Control group implemented conventional community treatment and followup, and observation group implemented family doctor team management mode. Results:There were no significant differences in the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of HDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family doctor team management can improve the blood lipid levels of stroke patients in rural areas, which is worthy of application and promotion.
