支原体肺炎患儿临床治疗中应用阿奇霉素的效果研究

Effect of azithromycin in clinical treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的:分析支原体肺炎患儿临床治疗中应用阿奇霉素的效果研究。方法:对2020年1月至2020年12月在本院接受治疗的50例患有支原体肺炎的患儿进行分析,并采用编号法将其分为两组,对照组采用红霉素治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素治疗,分析两组支原体肺炎患儿的临床相关数据。结果:观察组患儿在治疗后炎症因子有明显的改善,并且观察组患儿炎症因子显著低于对照组(犘<0.05);观察组患儿临床症状缓解的时间均显著短于对照组(犘<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.0%,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为76.0%,观察组有效率显著高于对照组(犘<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后不良反应发生情况有3例,对照组治疗后不良反应发生情况有5例,两组患儿不良反应发生率无显著差异(犘>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效非常显著,不仅能切实缓解患者症状,提高治疗效果,而且具有较大的安全性,适合临床研究和应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of azithromycin in the clinical treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:50 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were analyzed and divided into two groups by numbering method.The control group was treated with erythromycin and the observation group was treated with azithromycin.The clinical data of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly improved after treatment,and the inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The time of remission of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,and that of the control group was 76.0%.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group and 5 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin is very effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.It can not only effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the treatment effect,but also has great safety.It is suitable for extensive clinical research and popularization.
