电刺激联合手法灭活肌筋膜触发点在原发性痛经中的应用

Application of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with myofascial trigger points technique in primary dysmenorrhea

目的:探讨电刺激联合手法技术灭活肌筋膜触发点治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法:选择2020年6月至2021年11月在南京市妇幼保健院就诊的30例原发性痛经患者为研究对象,治疗在月经来潮前1周开始,月经来潮之后停止,每天1次,每次30min,7次为1疗程,连续治疗2个月经周期。评价患者治疗前后的痛经临床症状评分、痛经疼痛度、盆底浅、深层肌疼痛度、腹部肌肉疼痛度,并随访至治疗结束后6个月。结果:治愈率为33.3%,有效率为86.7%,无效率为13.3%,治疗后痛经临床症状评分、痛经疼痛度、盆底浅/深层肌疼痛度、腹部肌肉疼痛度均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗结束后6个月痛经患者痛经临床症状、痛经疼痛度没有加重(P>0.05)。结论:电刺激联合手法技术灭活肌筋膜触发点治疗原发性痛经有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of electrical stimulation combined with manipulation inactivation of myofascial trigger points in primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:A total of 30 patients with primary dysmenorrhea in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the subjects.The treatment was started one week before menstruation and stopped after menstruation,once a day,30 minutes each time,7 times as a course of treatment,for 2 consecutive menstrual cycles.Clinical symptom score of dysmenorrhea,dysmenorrhea pain degree,pelvic floor pain degree,deep muscle pain degree,abdominal muscle pain degree were evaluated before and after treatment,and followed up to 6 months after treatment.Results:The cure rate was 33.3%,the effective rate was 86.7%,and the ineffective rate was 13.3%.After treatment,the clinical symptom score of dysmenorrhea,the pain degree of dysmenorrhea,the pain degree of shallow/deep pelvic floor muscle,and the pain degree of abdominal muscle decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms and pain degree of dysmenorrhea did not exacerbate 6 months after the end of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electrical stimulation combined with manipulation inactivation of myofascial trigger points has certain clinical application value in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
