Objective:To analyze the impact of specialized nursing based on Roy's adaptation model on the nursing effect and nurse-patient relationship of children with febrile convulsion. Methods:A total of 86 children with febrile convulsions admitted to the Department of Neurology in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional nursing, while the observation group was treated with specialized nursing based on Roy's adaptation model. The disappearance time of symptoms(hyperpyrexia and convulsions),anxiety scores and depression scores of the parents of the children, and the total satisfaction rate of nursing services were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results:The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the anxiety score and depression score of the parents after nursing were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of nursing services was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Specialized characteristic nursing based on Roy's adaptation model can promote the remission of symptoms in children with febrile convulsion.,alleviate the negative psychological state of parents of children, and harmonize the nurse-patient relationship.Which is worthy of applying.
