观察百合固金汤联合甘麦大枣汤治疗围绝经期女性肺肾阴虚型咳嗽的疗效

To observe the effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction on perimenopausal women with lung and kidney Yin deficiency cough

目的:分析百合固金汤联合甘麦大枣汤治疗围绝经期女性肺肾阴虚型咳嗽的疗效。方法:选取本院2020年8月至2021年8月间94例围绝经期女性肺肾阴虚型咳嗽患者作为观察对象,采用等量电脑随机分组法,分为参照组(行强力枇杷露治疗)和研究组(行百合固金汤联合甘麦大枣汤治疗),各47例,比较应用效果。结果:研究组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等中医症状积分少于参照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LH(黄体生成素)、FSH(卵泡刺激素)水平均较高,经治疗后,均显著降低,但研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组SAS(焦虑)、SDS(抑郁)评分较高,护理后,均降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤联合甘麦大枣汤治疗效果更加突出,应用在围绝经期肺肾阴虚型咳嗽女性患者中,可有效改善咳嗽等临床症状,调节内分泌,维持稳定激素水平,增强临床效果,同时可调节心理状态,促使女性稳定安全度过围绝经期,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal women with lung and kidney Yin deficiency cough.Methods:A total of 94 perimenopausal female patients with lung and kidney Yin deficiency cough in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into the reference group(treated with Qiangli Pipa Lu)and the contorl group(treated with Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction),47 cases in each group,and the curative effect was compared.Results:the tcm symptoms score such as cough,sputum,gasp points less than the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,two groups of LH(luteinizing hormone),FSH(follicle-stimulating hormone)levels were higher,they were significantly decreased after the treament,and the study group scored lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before the medical attendance,the SAS(anxiety)and SDS(depression)scores of the two groups showed a high level.After the medical attendance,the scores of the two groups decreased,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction is more significant.The application of it in perimenopausal women with lung and kidney yin deficiency cough can effectively eliminate clinical symptoms such as cough.It can also regulate the endocrine of patients,maintain stable hormone levels,and enhance curative effects.In addition,it can regulate the psychological state and promote women to spend the perimenopausal period stably and safely,which has the value of promotion.
