摘要
目的:评价经阴道顺娩初产妇行为分阶段生物养育法母乳喂养方案践行的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年12月于本院经阴道顺娩的60名初产妇临床资料,依据母乳喂养指导方案分为两组各30名。对照组采取传统产科母乳喂养护理指导,观察组采取行为分阶段生物养育法母乳喂养方案。统计两组母乳喂养服务质量(原始反射的激发、含乳失败的重启、哺乳姿势的调整)评分,两组初产妇母乳喂养知识-信念-行为评分、母乳喂养情况(纯母乳喂养、混合喂养、配方奶粉喂养)并进行对比。结果:观察组的母乳喂养服务质量评分、护理后的母乳喂养知识-信念-行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的母乳喂养情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道顺娩初产妇行为分阶段生物养育法母乳喂养方案可以提升母乳喂养服务质量与母乳喂养知识-信念-行为水平、提高纯母乳喂养率,值得应用。
Objective:To evaluate the implementation effect of a phased biological feeding method for breastfeeding in primiparous women undergoing vaginal delivery.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 primiparous women who underwent vaginal delivery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into two groups of 30 primiparous women according to the breastfeeding guidance plan.The control group received traditional obstetric breastfeeding nursing guidance,while the observation group received a behavioral phased biological feeding regimen for breastfeeding.The service quality of breast-feeding(stimulation of primitive reflexes,restart of milk failure,and adjustment of breast-feeding posture)scores of the two groups were counted,and the breast-feeding knowledge belief behavior scores and breast-feeding conditions(pure breast-feeding,mixed feeding,and formula feeding)of the two groups of primipara were compared.Results:The quality of breastfeeding services and post-nursing scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The phased biological feeding method for the behavior of primiparous women undergoing vaginal delivery can improve the quality of breastfeeding services,the level of breastfeeding knowledge belief behavior,and the rate of pure breastfeeding,which is worth promoting.
