针灸辨证论治治疗月经不调的疗效评价

Eficacy evaluation of acupuncture and moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of irregularmenstruation

目的分析在女性出现经期不调的现象,采用针灸辨证论治能否促使患者经期恢复正常。方法选取30例月经不调患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组15例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,试验组患者采用针灸辨证论治治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、干预前后临床症状评分及生活质量评分。结果试验组患者的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组干预后腹痛、乳房疼痛、头晕目眩、贫血症等临床症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组干预后身体、社会、生活、心理等方面生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸辨证论治治疗月经不调的患者,其治疗效果提升,明显优于常规治疗,不仅能够改善患者临床症状,还能提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the phenomenon of abnormal menstruation in women,and whether acupunctureand moxibustion treatment based on syndrome differentiation can promote the recovery of menstruation.Methods Thirty patients with menstrual irregularities were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table,15 cases in each group.The patients in the control group was treated with conventional therapy,the patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation.The clinical eficacy,clinical symptom scores,and quality of life scores of two groups of patients before and after intervention were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 93.33%,was significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of abdominal pain,Breast pain,dizziness,anemia clinical symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the life quality scores of physical,social,life,and psychological aspects in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of irregular menstruation is significantly better than that of conventional treatment.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
