盆底康复联合避孕药应用于未婚女性人工流产术后的效果

The effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with contraceptives on unmarried women undergoing induced abortion

目的探讨盆底康复联合避孕药应用于未婚女性人工流产术后的效果。方法选取本院84例人工流产术后未婚女性为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。常规组采用避孕药治疗,康复组采用盆底康复联合避孕药治疗,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、阴道出血情况及并发症发生情况。结果术后1周、2周、4周,康复组的子宫内膜厚度均厚于常规组(P<0.05);康复组并发症发生率为4.76%,显著低于常规组的19.05%(P<0.05);康复组阴道持续出血时间、月经转归时间短于常规组,阴道出血量少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复联合避孕药应用于未婚女性人工流产术后,能显著修复子宫内膜,改善阴道出血情况,且并发症少,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with contraceptive pills on unmarried women after induced abortion.Methods 84 unmarried women who underwent induced abortion in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups based on random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The conventional group received contraceptive therapy,while the rehabilitation group received pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with contraceptive therapy.The endometrial thickness,vaginal bleeding,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results At 1,2,and 4 weeks after surgery,the endometrial thickness of the rehabilitation group was greater than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the rehabilitation group was 4.76%,significantly lower than 19.05%in the conventional group(P<0.05);The duration of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery in the rehabilitation group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pelvic floor rehabilitation and contraceptive pills can significantly repair the endometrium and improve vaginal bleeding in unmarried women after induced abortion,with fewer complications and is worthy of clinical promotion.
