克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑在复发性霉菌性阴道炎中的联合治疗效果分析

Effect analysis of clotrimazole vaginal tablet combined with fuconazole in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis

目的探究联用克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑在治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎中的临床价值。方法选取40例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采用克霉唑阴道片治疗,观察组采用克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑联合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果和症状恢复情况(外阴瘙痒消失时间、黏膜充血消失时间、白带恢复正常时间)及治疗后生活质量情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的外阴瘙痒消失时间、黏膜充血消失时间、白带恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理功能、生命活力、社交能力、精神健康各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者联用克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑的治疗价值较高,可显著提升治疗效果,缩短患者的症状改善时间,改善生活质量,临床中具有推广的意义。

Objective To study the clinical value of the combination of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and fluconazole in the treatment of patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis.Methods 40 patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets,the observation group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets and fluconazole.The treatment efficacy and symptom recovery(time for the disappearance of vulvar itching,mucosal congestion,and recovery of vaginal discharge)and quality of life after treatment between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group patients was 100%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vulvar itching,mucosal congestion,and recovery time of vaginal discharge in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,vitality,social ability,and mental health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and fluconazole is of high therapeutic value in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis,which can significantly improve the therapeutic efficiency,shorten the time to symptom improvement and improve the quality of life of patients.The combination of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and fluconazole is of high therapeutic value in the treatment of patients with recurrent fungal vaginalis.
