彩色多普勒超声在妇科急腹症鉴别诊断中的应用价值探讨

Application value of color doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen

目的探讨在鉴别诊断妇科急腹症中彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。方法选取68例妇科急腹症患者,全部患者接受彩色多普勒超声检查。比较彩色多普勒超声和病理检查确诊结果。结果彩色多普勒超声检查65例,确诊率为95.59%,病理检查和彩色多普勒超声检查确诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。彩色多普勒超声与金标准在卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转、子宫肌瘤变性、急性盆腔炎及异位妊娠确诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断妇科急腹症,能够显著提升疾病诊断准确率及诊断效果,为后期临床治疗提供一定的参考依据,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application value of color doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 68 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected,all of whom were examined by color doppler ultrasound.The diagnostic results of color doppler ultrasonography and pathological examination were compared.Results The diagnosis rate of 65 cases by color doppler ultrasonography was 95.59%.There was no significant difference in diagnosis rate between pathological examination and color doppler ultrasonography(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between color doppler ultrasound and gold standard in diagnosis of torsion of ovarian tumor,fibroid degeneration,acute pelvic inflammatory disease and ectopic pregnancy(P>0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen can significantly improve the diagnosis accuracy and diagnostic effect of the disease,and provide a certain reference for the later clinical treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
