基于沟通达标理论的护理干预对宫颈癌患者腔内后装放疗后生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of nursing intervention based on the theory of reaching the standard of communication on the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after intracavitary brachytherapy

目的观察基于沟通达标理论的护理干预对宫颈癌患者腔内后装放疗后生活质量的影响。方法选取68例宫颈癌腔内后装放疗患者,按照数字表随机原则分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用基于沟通达标理论的护理干预),每组34例。比较两组患者护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者正性与负性情绪量表(PA-NAS)中正性情绪因子、负性情绪因子评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者护理后PA-NAS量表中正性情绪因子评分高于对照组,负性情绪因子评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Frankl依从量表4分百分率64.71%高于对照组的38.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌腔内后装放疗患者基于沟通达标理论护理干预效果显著优于常规护理。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention based on communication standard theory on quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after endovascular radiotherapy.Methods 68 patients with intratuminal radiotherapy for cervical cancer were randomly divided into control group(using conventional nursing)and observation group(using nursing intervention based on communication standard theory)according to the principle of numerical table,with 34 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of positive emotion factor and negative emotion factor in the positive and negative emotion scale(PA-NAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).The positive emotion factor score in the PA-NAS scale of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion factor score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The percentage of Frankl compliance scale 4 in the observation group was 64.71%higher than 38.24%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant diference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention based on the theory of reaching the standard of communication in patients with cervical cancer after intracavitary radiotherapy is significantly better than that of routine nursing.
