人性化护理在宫颈炎中的应用价值

The application value of humanized nursing in cervicitis

目的观察人性化护理在宫颈炎中的应用价值。方法选取82例宫颈炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。观察组采用人性化护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者心理状态、不良反应发生率及满意度。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,相比对照组,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.88%低于对照组的21.95%(P<0.05)。观察组就医环境、舒适度、护理安全性、护理态度及疾病宣教评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予宫颈炎患者人性化护理,可以改善患者不良心理状态,减少不良反应发生率,提升满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the application value of humanized nursing in cervicitis.Methods 82 patients with cervicitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with humanized nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The psychological state,incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 4.88%lower than that in control group 21.95%(P<0.05).The medical environment,comfort,nursing safety,nursing attitude and disease education scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized care for patients with cervicitis can improve the adverse psychological state of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,enhance satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
