盆底康复治疗仪联合凯格尔运动对自然分娩产妇的临床疗效

Clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with Kegel exercise on natural childbirth women

目的分析盆底康复治疗仪联合凯格尔运动对自然分娩产妇的临床疗效。方法选取62例自然分娩产妇,根据临床治疗需要将其分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组实施凯格尔运动,观察组给予盆底康复治疗仪联合凯格尔运动。比较两组患者的盆底功能、盆底肌张力指标变化情况以及干预前后的生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组的尿失禁生活质量评分量表(I-QOL)评分高于对照组,尿失禁问卷调查表简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的最大电压值、平均电压值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的子宫脱垂、压力性尿失禁、腰骶部疼痛、痔疮等并发症发生率低于对照组(6.45%VS25.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复治疗仪联合凯格尔运动对自然分娩产妇的临床疗效显著,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with Kegel exercise for natural childbirth women.Methods A total of 62 natural parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given Kegel exercise,and the observation group was given pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with Kegel exercise.The changes of pelvic floor function,pelvic floor muscle tone index and quality of life score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the urinary incontinence Quality of Life rating scale(I-QOL)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the urinary incontinence questionnaire Summary Form(ICI Q-SF)score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum voltage and average voltage in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of uterine prolapse,stress incontinence,lumbosacral pain,hemorrhoids and other complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(6.45%VS 25.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with Kegel exercise on natural childbirth women is significant,and it is worth promoting.
