整体护理在儿童外阴阴道炎患儿护理中的应用效果

Application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of children with vulvovaginitis

目的探讨整体护理对儿童外阴阴道炎患儿护理效果和并发症的影响。方法选择80例儿童外阴阴道炎患儿为研究对象,按就诊时间先后顺序随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组给予常规药物护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予整体护理。比较两组的护理有效率及并发症发生率。结果试验组护理总有效率为92.5%,对照组护理总有效率为70.0%,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为20.0%,对照组并发症发生率为37.5%,试验组并发生发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理对儿童外阴阴道炎患儿的护理效果较好,能够提高治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing on children with vulvovaginitis and its complication.Methods A total of 80 children with vulvovaginitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of treatment time,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug nursing,and the experimental group was given holistic nursing based on the control group.The nursing efficiency and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 92.5%in experimental group and 70.0%in control group,and the total effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was 20.0%and that of control group was 37.5%,and the complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing has a good effect on the nursing of children with vulvovaginitis,can improve the treatment eficiency,reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
