盆底康复结合治疗性沟通应用在全子宫切除术患者中的效果观察

Effect observation of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with therapeutic communication in total hysterectomy patients

目的评估盆底康复结合治疗性沟通应用在全子宫切除术(TH)患者中的效果。方法选取60例妇产科接诊且行盆底康复的TH患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,提供常规护理)与观察组(30例,提供治疗性沟通)。比较两组干预效果。结果干预前,两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)(消极、积极应对)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组HAMD、消极应对评分更低,积极应对评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组自护技能、自护概念、自护责任感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组上述分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组(80.00%),观察组总满意度(96.67%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对TH患者采用盆底康复结合治疗性沟通可以减轻抑郁情绪,改善疾病应对方式,增强自护能力,促进护患和谐,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with therapeutic communication in patients with total hysterectomy(TH).Methods A total of 60 TH patients admitted to obstetrics and gynecology and receiving pelvic floor rehabilitation were divided into control group(30 cases,providing routine care)and observation group(30 cases,providing therapeutic communication)according to random number table method.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)(negative and positive coping)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,HAMD and negative coping scores were lower and positive coping scores were higher in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-care skills,self-care concept and self-care responsibility scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the above scores were higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(80.00%),the total satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with therapeutic communication for TH patients can alleviate depression,improve disease coping style,enhance self-care ability,and promote nurse-patient harmony,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
