曼月乐联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Mirena combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps

目的研究曼月乐联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法选取76例子宫内膜息肉患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组采用宫腔镜手术治疗,观察组采用曼月乐联合宫腔镜手术治疗,记录并分析两组患者的雌激素水平、治疗指标水平、并发症情况等。结果观察组治疗后的雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、孕酮(P)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的月经量少于对照组,月经周期短于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.029,P=0.024)。结论采用曼月乐联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉能够进一步提高治疗效果,恢复雌激素正常水平,减少并发症发生风险。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Mirena combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 76 cases of endometrial polyps were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with Mirena combined with hysteroscopic surgery.Estrogen levels,therapeutic indexes and complications of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results The levels of estradiol(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and progesterone(P)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual volume of the observation group after treatment was less than that of the control group,the menstrual cycle of the observation group after treatment was shorter than that of the control group,the hemoglobin level of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the endometrial thickness of the observation group after treatment was thinner than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.029,P=0.024).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps,Mirena combined with hysteroscopic surgery can further improve the therapeutic effect,restore estrogen levels and reduce the risk of complications.
