血清抗苗勒管激素和促卵泡激素水平在多囊卵巢综合征诊断中的应用价值

Application of serum levels of anti-Mullerian hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)水平在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)诊断中的应用价值。方法选择45例PCOS患者为观察组,同期选择45例健康女性为对照组,检测两组AMH、FSH水平;比较观察组中不同症状患者的AMH、FSH水平。结果观察组AMH水平高于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中有肥胖、卵巢多囊样变症状患者的AMH水平高于无症状患者,FSH水平低于无症状患者(P<0.05)。结论AMH和FSH水平诊断PCOS有较高临床应用的价值,值得应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum levels of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and folliclestimulating hormone(FSH)in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 45 PCOS patients were selected as the observation group and 45 healthy women were selected as the control group.AMH and FSH levels were detected in both groups.The AMH and FSH levels of patients with different symptoms were compared in the observation group.Results AMH level in observation group was higher than that in control group,FSH level was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the AMH level in patients with obesity and polycystic ovary was higher than that in asymptomatic patients,and the FSH level was lower than that in asymptomatic patients(P<0.05).Conclusion AMH and FSH levels have high clinical significance in the diagnosis of PCOS,which is worthy of promotion and application.
