产房助产护理应用于产妇产后出血的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of delivery room midwifery nursing applied to puerpera postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨产房助产护理在产妇产后出血中的临床效果。方法选取76例产妇,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用产房助产护理。比较两组的产后出血控制情况、产后出血量、产后出血率、分娩结局以及产妇对护理的满意度。结果在产后出血控制方面,观察组的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的53.85%(P<0.05)。观察组的产后2h内、产后2~6h出血率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的产后出血量为(104.69±30.54)ml,少于对照组的(158.74±37.25)ml(t=6.917,P<0.05)。观察组的分娩结局优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产妇进行产房助产护理后,可有效控制产妇的产后出血量,有效改善分娩结局。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of delivery room midwifery nursing in postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 76 parturients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with delivery room midwifery nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The control of postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,the outcome of childbirth and the satisfaction of the maternal nursing were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of postpartum hemorrhage control,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group(53.85%)(P<0.05).The hemorrhage rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss in the observation group was(104.69±30.54)ml,which was less than that in the control group[(158.74±37.25)ml](t=6.917,P<0.05).The outcome of delivery in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the delivery room midwifery nursing for puerpera,puerpera's postpartum hemorrhage has been effectively curbed,and can effectively improved pregnancy outcomes.
