综合护理在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠护理中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing in pregnancy care of caesarean scar pregnancy

目的分析综合护理在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取51例剖宫产瘢痕部妊娠患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)与研究组(26例)。对照组行常规围术期护理,研究组行综合护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后研究组视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)各领域评分改善程度均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部位妊娠患者甲氨蝶呤杀胚联合宫腔镜手术期间可获得满意效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in pregnancy care of caesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods A total of 51 pregnant patients with CSP were selected,according to random number table method,they were divided into the control group(25 cases)and the study group(26 cases).The control group received conventional perioperative nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The visual analog scale(VAS)of pain of the study group after intervention was lower than that of the reference group,and the improvement of the Core Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30)scores in all fields of the study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the study group after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in pregnancy patients with CSP can obtain satisfactory results during Methotrexate germination combined with hysteroscopic surgery.
