地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗更年期综合征的效果

Effect of dydrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate on climacteric syndrome

目的探讨地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗更年期综合征的效果。方法选取本院70例更年期综合征患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组采用地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、症状评分、性激素水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的头痛、忧郁、出汗潮热、皮肤瘙痒、关节痛、失眠、心悸、易怒和疲倦评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的卵泡刺激素、雌二醇和促黄体生成素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗更年期综合征,效果显著,能明显改善患者的相关症状和性激素水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of dydrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate on climacteric syndrome.Methods 70 patients with menopausal syndrome in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the observation group was treated with dydrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate.The therapeutic effects,symptom scores,and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,significantly higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of headache,depression,sweating and hot flashes,skin itching,arthralgia,insomnia,palpitation,irritability and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate is effective in the treatment of climacteric syndrome,and can significantly improve the symptoms and sex hormone levels of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
