康妇炎胶囊联合克林霉素、金刚藤胶囊治疗盆腔炎及人工流产术后的效果

Effect of Kangfuyan capsules combined with clindamycin and Jingangteng capsules on pelvic infammation and induced abortion

目的分析康妇炎胶囊联合克林霉素、金刚藤胶囊治疗盆腔炎及人工流产术后的效果。方法选取本院收治的50例盆腔炎或人工流产术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组予以盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯颗粒、金刚藤胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加以康妇炎胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应及症状恢复时间。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);试验组腹痛发生率为32.00%,显著低于对照组的72.00%;试验组月经恢复正常、白带恢复正常、子宫压痛消失、下腹坠胀消失、腰疼痛消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盆腔炎或人工流产术后患者接受康妇炎胶囊联合克林霉素、金刚藤胶囊治疗,可显著改善临床症状,缓解疼痛程度,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with clindamycin and Jingangteng capsule on pelvic inflammation and induced abortion.Methods 50 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease or induced abortion admitted to our hospital were selected as the study control group and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clindamycin hydrochloride palmitate granules and Jingangteng capsule,and the test group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,adverse reactions and symptom recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,significantly higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of abdominal pain in the experimental group was 32.00%,significantly lower than 72.00%in the control group;The experimental group had significantly shorter periods of menstrual recovery,normal vaginal discharge,disappearance of uterine tenderness,disappearance of lower abdominal distension,and disappearance of lumbosacral pain compared to the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kangfuyan capsule combined with clindamycin and Jingangteng capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,relieve the pain and improve the treatment effect in patients with pelvic inflammation or induced abortion,which is worth popularizing.
