自身免疫性抗体检测对女性不孕症的临床意义

Clinical significance of autoimmunity antibody detection in female infertility

目的探讨自身免疫性抗体检测对女性不孕症的临床意义。方法选取本院200例不孕症女性为不孕组,再根据病症类型分为原发组100例、继发组100例,另选取100例健康体检女性为对照组,比较3组的抗子宫内膜抗体、抗精子抗体、抗心磷脂抗体免疫球蛋白G及抗心磷脂抗体免疫球蛋白M的检测阳性率。结果不孕症女性的抗子宫内膜抗体、抗精子抗体、抗心磷脂抗体免疫球蛋白G、抗心磷脂抗体免疫球蛋白M阳性率均为20.00%;3组抗子宫内膜抗体、抗精子抗体、抗心磷脂抗体免疫球蛋白G、抗心磷脂抗体免疫球蛋白M阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且原发组、继发组高于对照组。结论自身免疫性抗体检测能够早期诊断不孕症,为后续治疗提供依据,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of autoimmunity antibody detection in female infertility.Methods 200 infertile women in our hospital were selected as infertility group,and then divided into primary group(100 cases)and secondary group(100 cases)according to the disease type.Another 100 healthy women were selected as control group,and the positive rates of anti endometrium antibody,antisperm antibody,anticardiolipin antibody IgG and anticardiolipin antibody IgM in the three groups were compared.Results The positive rates of anti endometrial antibody,antisperm antibody,anticardiolipin antibody IgG and anticardiolipin antibody IgM in infertile women were 20.00%;The positive rates of anti endometrial antibody,antisperm antibody,anticardiolipin antibody IgG and anticardiolipin antibody IgM in the three groups were significantly different(P<0.05),and the primary and secondary groups were higher than the control group.Conclusion Autoimmune antibody detection can early diagnose infertility and provide a basis for subsequent treatment,with high clinical application value.
