p16、Ki-67在宫颈病变中的表达意义

The expression significance of p16 and Ki-67 in cervical lesions

目的探讨p16、Ki-67在宫颈病变中的表达意义。方法选取本院病理科接收的210份子宫颈标本,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测p16、Ki-67的表达水平,比较正常宫颈黏膜组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及宫颈癌的p16、Ki-67的表达阳性率。结果p16表达阳性率CINⅠ级为71.70%、Ⅱ级为91.11%、Ⅲ级为96.43%,宫颈癌为100%,均明显高于正常宫颈黏膜组织的3.13%(P<0.05);Ki-67表达阳性率CINⅠ级为83.02%、Ⅱ级为93.33%、Ⅲ级为100%,宫颈癌为100%,均明显高于正常宫颈黏膜组织的6.25%(P<0.05)。结论p16、Ki-67有助于鉴别宫颈良性病变、CIN及宫颈癌。

Objective To explore the expression significance of p16 and Ki-67 in cervical lesions.Methods 210 cervical specimens were selected from the pathology department of our hospital,and the expression levels of p16 and Ki-67 were detected using immunohistochemical staining.The positive expression rates of p16 and Ki-67 in normal cervical mucosal tissue,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),and cervical cancer were compared.Results The positive rate of p16 expression in CIN gradeⅠwas 71.70%,gradeⅡwas 91.11%,gradeⅢwas 96.43%,and cervical cancer was 100%,which was significantly higher than 3.13%of normal cervical mucosal tissue(P<0.05);The positive rate of Ki-67 expression in CIN gradeⅠwas 83.02%,gradeⅡwas 93.33%,gradeⅢwas 100%,and cervical cancer was 100%,all of which were significantly higher than 6.25%of normal cervical mucosal tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion p16 and Ki-67 are helpful in distinguishing benign cervical lesions,CIN,and cervical cancer.
