围手术期护理对子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者的应用效果

Effect of perioperative nursing care on patients with uterine fibroid complicated with hypertension

目的探讨围手术期护理对子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者的应用效果。方法选取本院接受手术治疗的100例子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受围手术期护理,比较两组护理前后血压情况、术后并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果护理后,观察组舒张压、收缩压水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05)。观察组社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理应用于子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者中,可以有效控制患者血压水平,降低并发症发生率,改善生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on patients with uterine fibroid complicated with hypertension.Methods 100 patients with uterine fibroid complicated with hypertension who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received perioperative care.The blood pressure,postoperative complications,and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.00%,significantly lower than the 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The social function,psychological function,and physical function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing can effectively control the blood pressure level of patients with uterine fibroid complicated with hypertension,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
