中医综合护理干预在卵巢早衰性不孕的应用效果

The application effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention on premature ovarian failure infertility

目的分析中医综合护理干预在卵巢早衰性不孕的应用效果。方法选取60例卵巢早衰性不孕患者为研究对象,根据患者病历号奇偶数进行随机分组,奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用中医综合护理干预,比较两组干预前后性激素水平及中医症候评分。结果干预后,观察组促卵泡生成素、黄体生成素低于对照组,雌二醇高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组头晕、潮热盗汗、耳鸣、五心烦热、腰膝酸软评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理干预在卵巢早衰性不孕的应用效果显著,能改善患者的性激素水平及中医症候评分,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention in infertility caused by premature ovarian failure.MethodsSixty patients with premature ovarian failure infertility were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into two groups based on the odd and even number of patient medical records.The odd number was the control group,and the even number was the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The levels of sexual hormones and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,FSH and Luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and estradiol was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the observation group had lower scores for dizziness,hot fashes,night sweats,tinnitus,five heart restlessness,and lower back and knee soreness than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention in premature ovarian failure infertility has a significant effect,which can improve patients'sex hormone levels and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and is worth promoting.
