全面护理干预对妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇的妊娠结局影响

The impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational hypertension

目的研究全面护理干预对妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇的妊娠结局影响。方法选取本院100例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇为研究对象,根据抽签法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全面护理干预,比较两组的子痫发生率、剖宫产发生率、血压指标与妊娠结局。结果观察组子痫发生率、剖宫产发生率分别为0%、24.00%,显著低于对照组的8.00%、48.00%(P<0.05);干预后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论全面护理干预能有效改善妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇的妊娠结局,降低子痫与剖宫产发生率,控制血压水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational hypertension.Methods 100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of eclampsia,caesarean section,blood pressure indicators and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of eclampsia and caesarean section in the observation group were 0%and 24.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(8.00%and 48.00%,P<0.05);After intervention,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 4.00%,significantly lower than the 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,reduce the incidence of eclampsia and caesarean section,and control the level of blood pressure,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
