万古霉素相关急性肾损伤的影响因素分析

Influencing factors analysis of vancomycin related acute kidney injury

目的分析万古霉素相关急性肾损伤(AKI)的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2021年10月—2022年1月四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院接受万古霉素进行抗感染治疗的179例患者临床资料,根据AKI发生情况分为AKI组38例与非AKI组141例。比较2组患者的临床资料,采用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨万古霉素相关AKI的影响因素。结果2组年龄、高血压占比、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、血肌酐(SCr)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄是万古霉素相关AKI的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄是万古霉素相关AKI的独立影响因素,未能证实其他指标与疾病的关系,还需进一证实。

Objective To analyse the influencing factors of vancomycin related AKI.Methods A total of 179 cases patients received anti-infective therapy with vancomycin in Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences·Sichuan Provincial People′s Hospital from October 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into AKI group with 38 cases and non-AKI group according to incidence of AKI.Clinical data were compared between the two groups,and the influencing factors of vancomycin related AKI was anlysized by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results There were significant differences of age,proportion of hypertension,GFR and SCr between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,age was independent influencing factor of vancomycin related AKI(P<0.05).Conclusion Age is independent influencing factor of vancomycin related AKI,the relationship between other indicators and the disease has not been confirmed,and further confirmation is needed.
