摘要
针对当前高校毕业生就业服务的新需求,文章利用高校学生在校期间产生的海量数据,运用支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)算法构建学生就业去向预测模型,设计基于SVM算法的精准就业服务平台,实现了“精准指导”“精准匹岗”“精准培训”等功能,可为毕业生精准就业服务提供有效途径。
In response to the new demand for employment services for college graduates,this article utilizes the massive data generated by college students during their school years to construct a student employment destination prediction model using Support Vector Machine(SVM)algorithm.A precision employment service platform based on SVM algorithm is designed,achieving functions such as"precision guidance","precision job matching",and"precision training",which can provide effective ways for precise employment services for graduates.
