摘要
在医院超声检查需求量大和患者数量众多的情况下,如何妥善安排患者进行检查、缩短等待时间、优化超声医生的申请单登记流程,成为医院急需解决的问题。因此,提出一种优化流程的方法——超声分时段排队叫号,即根据预约时间段分配号码,并在对应时间段叫号,通过关联取号、叫号、申请单登记减少医生的工作量。首先,介绍了分时段排队叫号系统的设计、架构与实现方式。其次,详细阐述系统的功能和流程。再次,评估实际应用效果。最后,数据表明该系统显著改善了门诊就医环境,大大缩短了候诊时间,也相应减少了超声医生的工作量,显著提升了患者和医生的满意度,对医院信息化建设和患者体验具有重要意义。综上所述,本次提出的超声分时段排队叫号优化流程是一种有效的解决方案,能够帮助医院更好地管理患者就诊流程,提高医疗服务质量和医生工作效率。
In the case of high demand for ultrasound examinations and a large number of patients in hospitals,how to arrange patient examinations properly and reduce waiting time,as well as optimize the registration process for ultrasound doctors,has become an urgent problem for hospitals to solve.To address this issue,this article proposes a method for optimizing the processultrasound queueing and calling in time slots.It assigns numbers based on appointment time slots and calls patients accordingly.It also reduces the workload for doctors by associating the registration process with the queueing and calling operations.This article first introduces the design,architecture,and implementation of the time-slot queueing and calling system,and elaborates on its functions and processes.Subsequently,the practical application effects are evaluated,and the data shows a significant improvement in the outpatient environment,a significant reduction in waiting time,and a corresponding decrease in workload for ultrasound doctors,resulting in increased satisfaction levels for both patients and doctors.These results are of significant importance for hospital informatization construction and patient experience.In conclusion,the proposed optimization process of ultrasound queueing and calling in time slots is an effective solution that can help hospitals better manage the patient visit process,improve the quality of medical services,and enhance the efficiency of doctors'work.
