提高综采放顶煤工艺回收率的方法探讨

摘要 综采放顶煤工艺是厚及特厚煤层开采的一种高效工艺。然而,这项工艺在一些开采条件下存在煤炭资源回收率低的问题。煤炭资源是一种不可再生资源,其高效回收对于煤矿的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。分析了综采放顶煤工艺回收率的影响因素,主要有顶煤不能放出、预留煤柱和工作面设计不合理等;结合山西兰花集团东峰煤矿有限公司的资源回收情况,探讨了提高综采放顶煤工艺回收率的方法,主要有加强地质勘探、采用无煤柱开采技术和对顶煤进行弱化处理等。此次研究可以为煤矿提高综采放顶煤工艺回收率提供一定的参考。 The fully mechanized top coal caving technology is an efficient technology for mining thick and ultra-thick coal seams.However,this technology has the problem of low coal recovery rate under some mining conditions.Coal resource is a non-renewable resource,and its efficient recovery is of great significance for the sustainable development of coal mines.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the recovery rate of the fully mechanized top coal caving technology,mainly including the inability to release top coal,reserved coal pillars,and unreasonable design of the working face;combined with the recycling of Dongfeng Coal Mine Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi Lanhua Group,it discussed the methods to improve the recovery rate of fully mechanized top coal caving technology,mainly including strengthening geological exploration,adopting non-pillar mining technology and weakening top coal.This study can provide some reference for improving the recovery rate of fully mechanized top coal caving technology.
