摘要
煤矿工作面回采时顶板承受较大的矿山压力,顶板控制对于保证煤矿开采的安全性十分重要。结合907综采工作面实际情况,分析了工作面回采期间的顶板控制方式。对于工作面顶板支护,采用了ZY(G)5000/17/35型液压支架,并且在回采过程中要做好液压支架的防滑工作。对于端头支护,采用DW 28型单体液压支柱配合DFB-3600π型钢梁进行支护,液压支柱的数量不少于1.93根/m2。可以为大倾角综采工作面回采期间顶板控制提供一定的借鉴。
During coal mining,the roof bears significant mining pressure,and roof control is crucial for ensuring the safety of coal mining.Based on the actual situation of the 907 fully mechanized mining face,the roof control methods during the mining period of the working face were analyzed.For the roof support of the working face,ZY(G)5000/17/35 hydraulic support was used,and the anti-skid work of the hydraulic support must be done well during the mining process.For end support,DW 28 single hydraulic props were used in conjunction with DFB-3600πsteel beams for support,with a minimum of 1.93 hydraulic props per square meter.It can provide a certain reference for roof control during the stoping period of fully mechanized mining faces with large dip angle.
